At Your Own Store, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, costs, and regions we serve.

1. Processing Time

Orders are packed & processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary based on factors such as:

  • Shipping destination
  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Preferred shipping method

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE 499.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Superfast delivery within 24 hours  Available only in Chandigarh, Mohali, Kharar, Panchkula. Zirakpur (Approx 10kms from Mohali)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • India

If your location is not listed, please contact us at yourownstoreindia@gmail.com to inquire about potential shipping options.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon the package’s arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Please note that international shipping may experience additional delays due to customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment. 

7. Missed or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If there are issues with your shipment or it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance. If the issue persists, reach out to us at yourownstoreindia@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at yourownstoreindia@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund, as per our Refund and Return Policy.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us at yourownstoreindia@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed yet.
